Ryan McEllen is a senior majoring in Biology with a minor in Theology. Iron Sharpens Iron has been such a huge part of his faith and community on campus, and he is so blessed and excited to serve as a leader on the Logistics team. Outside of ISI, Ryan is a very proud resident of Dunne Hall and loves spending time with friends, going rock climbing, boxing, and drinking Pathwater. Ryan can't wait to continue worshiping the Lord and spreading the Gospel through this fellowship!
Jacqueline Lopes
Jacqueline Lopes is a junior majoring in Neuroscience. She's from Northern Virginia, but now lives in Cavanaugh Hall! She has loved being a part of Iron Sharpens Iron these past two years and connecting with the community. Jacqueline is excited to serve the Lord and the ISI community as a Logistics leader! Outside of ISI, she loves working with kids in any way she can, spending time with friends, being outside, and doing anything active.
Aubrey Callaghan
Aubrey Callaghan is a sophomore from Southern California, living in Howard Hall and studying PLS and Finance. She loves swimming in the ocean, reading good books, and wasting time chatting with friends. Iron Sharpens Iron has been such a blessing, and she is honored to serve on the Logistics team.
Outreach
Believe Chakenya
Believe Chakenya is a senior at Notre Dame, majoring in Neuroscience and Behavior, living in Breen-Phillips or BP (Roll Babes!). Believe is incredibly excited and blessed to serve as an Outreach leader for ISI this year! She loves getting to connect with people who love the Lord or people who are just curious to know more about God! Outside of ISI, she loves long chats, writing, finding new hobbies, and creating an ongoing ranking of coffee orders, which is a more fun way of saying she is addicted to coffee.
Dominic DeHaven
Dominic DeHaven is a sophomore at Notre Dame studying Strategic Management and Theology. Hailing from Indiana, Dom enjoys football, running, weightlifting, and hanging with fellow dawgs in Alumni Hall. After college, he plans to engage in entrepreneurship or consulting. Most of all, Dom loves talking about Jesus with friends and can't wait to serve the ISI community!

Micah McClure
Micah McClure is a Junior from Keough Hall and serves as one of the Talks leaders on the ISI team. He is a Science Pre-Professional major and hopes to attend optometry school after graduating from Notre Dame. Outside of ISI, he likes to play basketball or hang out with 4A members. Playing section sports and Wii Sports.
Trey Zurcher
Trey Zurcher is a junior at Notre Dame studying Finance with a minor in Theology. Originally from Englewood, Colorado, he now lives in the brand new dorm of Coyle Hall (still fish though). Trey enjoys playing any and all sports, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Being part of the ISI community has been one of his greatest blessings so far during his time at Notre Dame, and he is beyond excited to honor and serve the Lord as one of the Talks leaders.
Service & Hospitality
Allison Pessôa
Allison Pessôa is a junior majoring in Global Affairs with a minor in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies. She’s from Charlotte, NC, and is part of the best dorm on campus: Cavanaugh Hall (Roll Chaos!). Since transferring to ND, Allison has found ISI to be a truly fruitful home for faith and friendship, and she is so grateful for the community it has brought into her life! She is excited to extend that same kindness, along with her passion for serving, through her role on the Service and Hospitality team.
Outside of ISI, Allison is an avid college football (Go Irish!) and (often, unfortunately) Charlotte sports fan. She also loves to travel, dance (perhaps a little too much), learn new languages (Duolingo streak > Snapchat), spend time with family and friends, and continue growing closer to the Lord!
Michael Babincak
Michael Babincak is a sophomore majoring in Global Affairs. He is from Boca Raton, Florida, and was a gateway student living at Holy Cross College last year. Michael enjoys baseball, Notre Dame football, going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, and talking a lot! ISI has been an amazing community for him to be open and grow in his faith. I am honored and thankful that I get to serve Christ in ISI and excited for the future of our group!
Jane McGuire
Jane McGuire is a current sophomore majoring in Mechanical Engineering. When at Notre Dame, she resides in Welsh Family Hall (Whirl Up!), but is originally from just outside the Twin Cities of Minnesota in the suburb of Burnsville. Jane loves all things outdoors, especially running and hiking, as well as reading and playing various instruments. Iron Sharpens Iron is what made Notre Dame feel like home to her, and she hopes that the same sense of community in Christ can be brought to all newcomers!
Virtual Engagement
Aleah Applin
Aleah Applin is a senior studying strategic management, with a supplemental major in theology, and a SMAC (sports, media, and culture) minor. She is from Wimauma, Florida, and loves the sunshine. Aleah is grateful for ISI and all the wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ that it has given her. Alongside ISI, Aleah is also the Class of ‘27 president and a member of Harmonia a cappella. When she is not in a meeting or rehearsal, you can find her chatting up a storm anywhere on campus.
Macy McClure
Macy McClure is a sophomore at Notre Dame, majoring in Strategic Management and Sociology. She is originally from Monroe, IN, but on campus calls Johnson Family Hall home (Ride Valks🪽). Macy loves to play tennis, read, spend time outside, and talk to anyone about almost anything. She has loved the community found in Iron Sharpens Iron and looks forward to seeing it grow as she serves on the Virtual Engagement team!

Will Carlson
Will Carlson is a senior at Notre Dame majoring in the Program of Liberal Studies and lives in Dunne Hall. He is a worship leader at Iron Sharpens Iron and is a passionate Californian and Dodgers fan. Will is excited to serve ISI as a member of the leadership team!
Matthew Fagerheim
Matthew is a Notre Dame fourth-year student studying architecture. He is from Homer, New York, and is now a proud Dunne Hall Sentinel. He loves serving on ISI and being a part of the wonderful community. When not in the architecture studio, he is playing piano, playing board games, or hanging out with friends.
